History

---

The N14x4 off-road racing team has an interesting history with many campfire stories to tell. It all started at the end of 1998. Cliff Weichelt got behind his family 80 Series VX station wagon at Pineapple feast, Hluhluwe, Kwa-Zulu Natal and has been competing since then.

Cliff and his son Louis Weichelt won Class D in 2007 with their N14x4 Bosal Toyota D4D.

In 2008 Cliff came third in class D.

In 2009 Cliff came second in class D.

They decided in 2010 to build the latest Land Cruiser V6 and just testing it throughout the year.

We look forward to 2011 to have two Land Cruisers in class D were the father (Cliff) & the son (Louis) will be competing.

The team consists of:

B. Louis Weichelt (Driver) / Francis Boersma (Navigator)
C. Willie Manning (Mechanic), JJ De Bruyn (Mechanic)
D. N1 4x4 Workshop
